What property owners usually want to know

What is the difference between Essential and Signature?

Essential provides exterior-only oversight with no Refresh service. Signature includes one whole-property visit per month, secure key holding, routine coordination and Exterior Refresh preservation actions. Interior Refresh is included only with Premium.

What does "Refresh" mean?

Refresh services differ by care plan:

Essential Care: No Refresh service is included.
Signature Care: Includes Exterior Refresh preservation actions only, focused on maintaining the exterior presentation and protecting the property between visits.
Premium Care: Includes Interior & Exterior Refresh preservation actions. Interior preservation may include airing rooms, running taps, flushing toilets, and checking for humidity or odour concerns where appropriate.

Interior Refresh actions are Premium only and are not included in Signature Care.

Are cleaners, gardeners and contractors included?

No. Third-party labour, materials, cleaning, gardening, repairs and specialist services are charged separately and require owner approval.

Can Island Key hold my keys?

Yes. Secure key holding is included with Signature and Premium. Essential clients can request it separately if needed.

What happens after severe weather?

Premium clients receive priority scheduling for a post-storm check once conditions are safe and access is possible. Island Key is not an emergency-response service.

Will repairs be arranged without permission?

No paid repair or third-party service is arranged without your approval unless a separate written emergency spending authorisation exists.
